Pratt began to move. Shower about 1 p.m., which hindered the movement. Evening, Brothers Grover and Lewis at headquarters. Informed the council Captain Allen of the U. S. Army had arrived on the hill and wanted volunteers; had agreed to counsel in the morning at 10 with Young, Kimball, Richards, etc., in O. Pratt's tent.
