Mormon History, Feb 13, 1849

[Hosea Stout Diary] Tues Feb 13th 1849. Assisted to remove the public arms to another house. They are in a bad condition. At & about home the rest of the day.
The Councils were in Session yesterday & to day, which has resulted in filling up the Quorum of the Twelve by appointing C. C. Rich, Erastus Snow, Lorenzo Snow & Franklin D. Richards to fill the vacancies occasioned by the election of the First Presidency & also to fill Lyman Wights place
John Young was appointed President of the High Priests Quorum & G. B. Wallace & Reynolds Cahoon to be his councillors.
Daniel Spencer was appointed President of the Stake and David Fulmer & Willard Snow Councillors to him.
The Council will be continued untill a complete organization is effected & all matters made strait.
