[Apostle Wilford Woodruff Journal] 31st I spent the day writing. I met in the evening in Council with the Presidency & Captains of Hundreds. Expressed my feelings with many others upon the subject of Blockading this city & uniting together in there labour in cultivating the earth. President Young also made some remarks upon the same subject. At the close of this Council the quorum of the Twelve met in Council & resolved that Br W. W.
