Mormon History, Saturday, Apr 3, 1847.

[Apostle Willard Richards Journal] Cloudy morning, wind southeast. Dr. [Richards] up about 10 a.m. Made up a mail of five letters for U. S. mail and delivered it to Father Cutler, also 20 dollars to buy wheat for Dr. President Young and John Neff called in office about 5 p.m. J. A. Stratton called and wrote a letter to council. About 8, Presidents Young, Pratt, Richards, Woodruff, Lyman, Smith, Benson, and Lorenzo Young. President Young gave Lorenzo $5.00. Stayed in council till about 9, when they dismissed. Presidents Young, Pratt, and Benson, and T. B. [Thomas Bullock] went to Alexander HillÂ's. Dr. packing up for pioneers' journey with William Kay and John Rushton.
