[Hosea Stout Diary] Wednesday March 31st 1847. Fine clear day[.] I & Allen went a hunting in the timber and deep ravines North of town but did not kill any game. Came home at 12 and was around as usual and at dark went to a council of the officers of the emigrating companysthey were making arraingements to put in Spring crops. Came home about 9 oc
