[Apostle Wilford Woodruff Journal] 15th I met in Council with the quorum of the Twelve And Passed the following resolutions: 1st That Elder O Hyde P P Pratt And J Taylor go to England forthwith And remove R Hedlock from office And attend to all Business in England Also T. Ward & Call them to America And regulate all business in england.
