Mormon History, Dec 29, 1846

[Hosea Stout Diary] Tuesday Decr 29th 1846. There was a light snow fell today[.] I was at home most of the time and also around on business as usual. I issued orders to the Treasurer O. Pratt for the amount of 20 per cent on the amount due each policeman as it was understood by us to draw that amount on our dues first.
