[Hosea Stout Diary] Saturday Jany 3rd 1846. Met at the Temple with the guards at 8 oclock and sent out patrol guards in Squads & then went home with Hunter to the Lodge and from thence to R. CampbellsSettled with him and let him have a watch and took dinner at A. J. Stouts and met the troops at 3 oclock and all marched to the Mansion & up Parley Street East to Green Street and thence North to Mulholland Street and then back to the Temple and met the police and regulated the guards and with Hunter made report to Brigham and came home at dark quite sick
