[Nauvoo Temple] Brigham Young received a letter from Duncan and Co, indicating that a firm in Philadelphia was interested in purchasing the Temple. A return letter was drafted saying that if the firm sent an agent the Church would gladly show him the property for sell in Nauvoo.
On this date Heber C. Kimball and his son, William, went to Hiram Kimball's home with a wagon to pick up 25-30 potted plants to decorate the attic rooms.
