[Brigham Young Sermon] It is requested we shall have a meeting at early candlelight. It is my desire that we donate our time as a people, don't be in a hurry. We shall hardly commence tomorrow. If you can meet us, we have much business to lay before you. The emigration business of locating our mills. [-] for carrying property to valley. To Quorums to be attending to, if [the] brethren will meet. We want the High Priests quorum righted up. The 70 want to do business. The Elders is not in being anywhere. Our business can be done in evening. There will be preaching here this evening. I feel grateful to you for building this house, you have done as well as you could. This is the nicest log cabin I have seen. -- Winter Quarters, Nebraska [Thomas Bullock Minutes, LJA; Thomas Bullock—LDS Church Reporter, 1844-56.C, Archives, Church History Library, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Salt Lake City, Utah.; GCM, Archives, Church History Library, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Salt Lake City, Utah..; General Church Minutes.
