[Apostle Wilford Woodruff Journal] 18th Took cars. Rode to Portland. Called upon Ilus and Ezra & there families. I went over Ezra Carters House from top to bottom. It was A new House And probably furnished in the best stile of any house in Portland. I rode to Scarboro in the Evening with Fabyan And spent the night at Father Carters. Distance 110 m.
